A multi-gem, coral and seed pearl necklace, China, early 20th century, in the style of a Qing dynasty court necklace, composed of yellow tourmaline and coral beads, the front suspending a long pendant threaded with carved aquamarine, watermelon tourmaline, jadeite and coral, suspending two pink tourmaline drops, accented with seed pearls, necklace length 68cm, pendant length 19.5cm Beautiful example in good condition, some minor surface-reaching fissures to tourmaline, minor surface wear, minor chips to carving but overall intact and in good condition. Some threading to seed pearls slightly frayed. PLEASE NOTE:- Prospective buyers are strongly advised to examine personally any goods in which they are interested BEFORE the auction takes place.
